69 / Hr DOE True North Federal Credit Union is looking for a dynamic personality to assist members and potential members with their requests received via phone, email or secure messaging.
The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to stay calm in a busy environment and work well on a team.

Assists members and potential members with their requests and answers questions about products and services and resolves problems.
Work together with other departments and acts as the liaison between members and the branches and back office departments.
Identifies cross-sell opportunities and cross-sells services to members.
Maintains member account information on computer system.
What you'll need:
One to three years of similar or related experience.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
