Duties are varied and include:
Inspecting hotel rooms pre-check-in Assigning rooms to clean to housekeepers and assisting Gm with scheduling Coordinating and communicating with manager and front desk supervisor to ensure guest requests are met, VIP guest expectations are addressed Taking stock of products and amenities for guests Assisting in customer service training for all departments Supervising front of house appearance and public areas, ensuring presentation Using reservation system to run reporting for arrivals, departures and sharing information with staff Overseeing room deep cleans and scheduling with maintenance lead Job Type:
