Leading and energizing your fellow team members ensuring our guests have a top-notch experience in our clubs is one of your priorities.
Daily tasks include greeting and tour guests, building relationships, engaging guests within their areas in interest, and completing follow up calls to our guests to check on their experience.
As an assistant membership sales manager, you work alongside membership sales manager to achieve the club's monthly and quarterly goals.
When the membership sales manager is out of the office, you oversee all aspects of your club's membership team to ensure that we provide exceptional service in an inspiring environment.

A clear passion for fitness.
Excellent communication skills and an outgoing personality.
Sales and/or customer service experience, preferred.
WORK SCHEDULEThis membership position typically works five days a week totaling approximately 40 hours.
Schedules are flexible and can include morning, afternoon, and evening shifts.
