What you will be doing:
This Administrative Officer 1 position will act as the finance officer for the Public Health Special Projects team.
Duties to include:
Compiling and submitting state and federal financial reports, overseeing the admin staff to set goals and track activities in human resources, finance, and procurement; in addition, planning, writing, and implementing some of our division-wide training for administrative staff; using State accounting systems for human resources (IRIS HRM), financial (IRIS FIN), and other Excel-based tracking sheets.
