10Job Description The Division of Finance is currently offering a hire incentive bonus of up to $2,000.
00 to newly hired Office Assistant (OA 1-3) positions.
The incentive bonus will be paid in two equal installments, less mandatory deductions.
Employees will be eligible for the first installment after successful completion of 90 days.
Employees will be eligible for the second and final installment after the employee's successful completion of probation.
To receive an incentive, employees are expected to agree to a two-year term of employment with the Division of Finance.
The Department of Administration, Division of Finance, is recruiting for multiple Office Assistant 2 positions located in Juneau!These positions are in the Confidential Unit (CEA) at a range 10.

What you will be doing:
This position is responsible for advanced clerical support to the Payroll Services section within the Division of Finance, through the evaluation, auditing, distribution, and processing of personnel/payroll documents, data and reports.
