What you will be doing:
This Office Assistant 2 position works for the State of Alaska's Department of Health, within the Health Analytics & Vitals Records (HAVRS) Issuance section.
This position enters requests into our Electronic System and handles money to issue a variety of vital records and marriage licenses while verifying identity and entitlement.
Provide explanations and answer questions of policies, procedures, regulations, applications, and forms to agencies or the public.
Operate a variety of office equipment and business software, including personal computer, multi-line telephone, network printer, office copier, fax machine, etc.
