The Department of Family and Community Services,Office of Children's Services (OCS) isrecruiting for full-time Office Assistant 1 located inAnchorage, Alaska.
What you will be doingThe Office Assistant I position is responsible for processing all incoming and outgoing discovery documents.
Other duties include communicating with various agencies and the public over the phone and email, processing incoming/outgoing legal documents, creating case files, organizing case files, scanning, filing, faxing, and other duties as needed.
Daily courier service to OCS offsite offices and various agencies.
Back up support for the front desk.
