N Position Type Management JOB SUMMARY The Senior Director, Premium Brands, All-Inclusive is a key member of the Premium Brand Management Team.
The core focus of this role is to develop and evolve premium all-inclusive guest programming and pull-through for each brand in this brand segment.
This role will drive the guest experience leveraging brand, operations, food & beverage, and design resources to deliver an experience unique to each premium brand.
This role leads efforts in defining the guest experience in a way that is consistent with the brands business models and creates maximum profitability.
This experience ranges from building all-inclusive brand preference for both customers and investors, to on-site product and service touch points.

CANDIDATE PROFILE Education and Experience Required

years experience in the hospitality industry, demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance AND
4-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related majorOR
12
years of relevant professional experience in related function, demonstrating progressive career growth and pattern of exceptional performance
Knowledge and understanding of commercial All-Inclusive, including digital, marketing and sales experience Education and Experience Preferred
On-property experience
Experience in an all-inclusive environment
Proficient in Spanish CORE WORK ACTIVITIES Strategy Development & Execution
Works with brand leaders to build out detailed programming requirements to support differentiated all-inclusive concepts for five premium brands:
Marriott Hotels, Westin, Delta Hotels by Marriott, Autograph Collection and Tribute Portfolio.

Creates and evolves all-inclusive brand standards and operating procedures for five premium brands, in partnership with global operations and global quality.

Acts as a liaison and resource for the global design team to execute specific, differentiated design standards and guidelines to support all-inclusive experience for each brand.

Serves as premium brand liaison for F&B base all-inclusive concept development work.

Coordinates all-inclusive F&B concept strategy and implementation for each premium brand.

Works with continent leaders to ensure global relevance and adaptation of brand concepts as all-inclusive development occurs in each continent.

Implements brand point of view on all-inclusive entertainment and activities.

Partners with Consumer Strategies team to spot all-inclusive trends, innovative ideas, and practices relevant for the brands and advises premium brand leaders on evolution of brand experience.

In partnership with brand leaders and the brand talent organization, establishes the brand-specific direction of the all-inclusive talent strategy, service culture programs and training tools as well as talent strategy recruitment resources and processes.

Provides opening support for new hotels, coordinates with openings and regional team to ensure all elements of the opening countdown including opening countdown, training, etc.

In addition to the annual salary, the position will be eligible to receive an annual bonus and restricted stock units/stock grants.
