Concentrix Professional II, Financial Planning & Analysis Juneau , Alaska Apply Now Job DescriptionSr Professional I, Financial Planning & Analysis is responsible for providing business management advice, financial analysis and actionable insights for business decision to Senior Management for their assigned area in Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) sector, which could include a specific Geography, and/or Department(s).
This position reports to a Associate Director, Finance or Director, FinanceAnalyzes and understands the root causes of the business financial results and provides actionable insights for improvement and drive actionLeads the month-end closing process for their respective areaPrepares financial forecasts and budgets, which includes identifying and quantifying risks and opportunities and probable outcomes with an eye towards improving outcomesUnderstands relevant industry trends and their impact to the business and communicate those to their team and customersPossesses strong business acumen, analyze profitability of businessResponsible for Geography/Country/Sub-regions/Clusters, Account(s), Vertical(s), and/or Departments on any financial related itemsLeads discussion of monthly performance, profit improvement, and forecast expectationsProficient in developing more complex analytical what-if analysis models, including pricingSeen as the Finance Expert for Geographies, Country, Account(s), Vertical(s), and/or DepartmentsWorks well with cross-functional and geographically diverse teams.
