## Description
This Manager position is part of the Global Corporate Payments (GCP) Implementation and Technology Solutions team and is responsible for managing all aspects of the implementation of GCP's online suite of payment solutions including the @ Work suite of reconciliation products as well as the technical implementation of PAYVE (previously BIP) and vPayment. The @ Work suite includes Corporate Account Reconciliation, BTA Reconciliation, and Integrated Program Management.
You will be responsible for leading and implementing all aspects of the customer's technical implementation including: preparation, solution definition, setup and test, launch and post-launch phases. Additionally, you will be required to provide business process consultation to our clients as it relates to the American Express payment solutions. This process includes leading requirements gathering sessions, accurately assessing customer needs, establishing relationships internally and externally, as well as managing and driving all aspects of the technical implementation to a successful conclusion.
This position requires strong project management and consultation skills coupled with a technical background. The position requires the leading of effective internet conference/training sessions, and the ability to work effectively in a virtual work environment. Occasionally, there will be the need for business travel.

Job Responsibilities - Acquire detailed product knowledge of the Global Corporate Payments suite of solutions, @ Work, vPayment and PAYVE solution sets to lead and execute assigned project tasks for successful customer implementations
Work with customers to define business process and configuration requirements as well as develop supporting solution definition documents
Setup connectivity (SFT) and configure solution to meet defined business requirements
Test configured application internally for customer, when applicable
Coordinate user acceptance testing for customer, when applicable
Develop training content and deliver training programs for customer
Troubleshoot application and implementation issues by taking ownership of questions, researching architectural or application issues and providing appropriate solutions, when applicable
Liaise with product management and/or development teams to provide product feedback (customer requirements, product shortcomings, enhancements, etc.)
Develop and maintain project plans, issues and action items, and project documentation
Conduct regular status review meetings with customer
Participate in engagement reviews with leadership and other American Express stakeholders
Maintain time reporting on projects and provide timely updates on project milestones
## Qualifications
B.S in Information Technology or Computer Science or related field preferred, or relevant experience with alternate degree
3+ year's application software implementation and/or IT consulting experience in applying technology to meet customer needs
Strong technical acumen (i.e. integrated systems), business and process knowledge of accounting, expense management, payables, purchasing / procurement, e-commerce
Strong consultative aptitude preferred- ability to convert client business processes / requirements into innovative solutions
Strong project leadership and management skills including managing multiple projects concurrently
Working knowledge of accounting structures and ERP systems
Strong relationship management skills to effectively develop and manage internal/external customer relationships and expectations
Strong analytical skills to assess financial processes / technical infrastructures
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Strong collaborative and influencing skills
Ability to facilitate change and manage complex information sources
Knowledge of corporate purchasing card, corporate card and business travel preferred
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
