This is a key business transformation role supporting the Global Solutions Consulting program within Business Travel. The Solutions Consulting team partners with Sales, Client Management and Service Delivery to provide consultative support in the acquisition and retention of customers. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is solution oriented, has a desire to providing customers consultative support, and wants to be part of a global organization. . The position will primarily support the proprietary markets in Americas region. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their abilities to support projects through business transformation utilizing effective change management leadership. The candidate will support client acquisition and retention projects, which will be cross-functional in nature requiring effective collaboration with business partners across multiple geographies. Responsibilities include: 1) Consulting with clients and sales teams to identify appropriate service solutions, create new capabilities and manage non-standard service requests in order to effectively meet customer requirements 2) Designing products and servicing solutions, and establishing feasibility, costs and implementation timelines. Creating point of arrival processes to ensure effective development of technology solutions as well as documenting standard operating procedures required to ensure consistent delivery against client Service Level Agreements. 3) Regular interaction with sales and client management teams. Participating in internal and external conversations as a representative of Service Delivery. This includes creation of client facing documents and materials. 4) Working across business units to ensure technical, operational and other support mechanisms are available to measure and maintain process/solution capability. 5) Researching non standard services, which include determining potential cost of program impacts. Evaluating Service Level Agreement (SLA) requests to identify potential risks and mitigate company liability.

## Qualifications
Strong Business Travel operations knowledge is required;
Creative mindset to envision new or alternative solutions that meet unique or complicated client needs;
Business maturity to navigate delicate conversations with client representatives including the ability to diplomatically separate operational possibilities from commercial decisions;
Strong expertise in business travel operations' processes and technologies for both offline and online services; Excellent analytical, coordination and organization abilities and work well with both self paced and time sensitive deliverables;
Ability to build and sustain relationships across all business groups within Global Travel Services including Sales, Client Management, Field Effectiveness, Marketing, Pricing, Contracts, Service Delivery and Technology;
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical skills and financial acumen
Previous client facing experience an advantage
Knowledge of Business Travel customer products and platforms preferred

Dedicated work space must be within own residence and that follows the ergonomic and safety guidelines for performing travel counselor duties
Axcess@Home Agent is responsible for supplying their own furniture; desk with lockable drawer or separate lockable file cabinet, chair, document shredder, smoke detector in proximity of work area, and fire extinguisher
Axcess@Home Agent must complete Flexible Work Arrangement Application and Agreement
Axcess@Home Agent must complete and meet the requirements of the Work Environment and Safety Assessment

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
