Provide course descriptions as necessary. General Experience Requirement for the GS-05:
You must have three (3) years of general experience, one of which must be equivalent to at least the GS-04 experience in the Federal service. Examples of qualifying experience include experience that may have been gained in administrative, professional, technical, investigative, or other responsible work and demonstrated the ability to:
analyze problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and recognize solutions; plan and organize work; and communicate effectively orally and in writing. OR Bachelor's degree or 4 years of successfully completed education above high school leading to a bachelor's degree; OR Combination of education beyond high school coupled with appropriate experience listed above. Specialized Experience Requirement for the GS-07:
You must have one year specialized experience equivalent to the GS-05 in the Federal service. Examples of specialized experience are:
Performs property management duties, including assisting with inventories, managing property records, and/or disposing of excess property. OR One full year of graduate level education at an accredited institution; OR an appropriate combination of graduate level education and specialized experience listed above; OR Superior Academic Achievement (http:
//www.opm.gov/qualifications/policy/ApplicationOfStds-04.asp) Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
