Program Analyst, ZA-0343-2/3 (MAP)
As a Program Analyst, you will perform the following duties:
o Analyze and evaluate the effects of the Cost Recovery/Fees Collection Program for the assigned organization, programs, Agency operating principles, laws and regulations related to budget and resource management in order to provide evaluation and recommendations.o Ensure accuracy in data management, identifying and analyzing a range of management and programmatic problems.o Develop detailed plans, goals, and objectives for the long-range implementation and administration of the program, and/or developing criteria for evaluation the effectiveness of cost recovery programs.o Lead evaluations of cost recovery programs to ensure resource allocation objectives are being met and to assess effectiveness.o Develop procedures for establishing, operating, and assessing the effectiveness of administrative controls to prevent waste, loss, unauthorized use, or misappropriation of assets. Assisting with data entry and cost analysis of cost recovery programs or resource allocation; and Aiding in evaluating the effectiveness of cost recovery programs and allocation processes. -OR-SUBSTITUTION OF EDUCATION:
Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D., if related.-OR-COMBINATION OF EDUCATION AND

Performing cost analysis and making financial recommendations for a program; Providing support on budget program planning and allocation processes; and Evaluating the effectiveness of cost recovery programs. -OR-SUBSTITUTION OF EDUCATION:
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related.-OR-COMBINATION OF EDUCATION AND
Experience:
A combination of education and experience as described above. Note:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
