As a Management and Program Analyst, you will perform the following duties:
o Assist in the performance of routine administrative function, such as, communications, travel, procurement of administrate supplies and equipment, reconciling purchases and acquisitions, auditing time and attendance records, and submitting vehicle reports.o Prepare reports and briefings that comply with the information laws to managers.o Generate and manage enforcement agreements. Ensure enforcement agreements are executed, invoices are properly and timely paid, and services outlined in the terms of the agreements are properly delivered.o Participate in the maintenance, custody and management of personal property by performing routine and reoccurring functions by collecting, verifying, compiling, and summarizing information.o Acquire and maintain records of financial information related to property and assist with lost, stolen or damaged property process.o Administer, coordinate, and implement a records management program.o Participate in the budget planning and execution by gathering, analyzing, and evaluating information for management. Experience:
Applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent in difficulty and responsibility to the next lower grade level in the Federal Service. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped the applicant with the particular competencies/knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. This experience need not have been in the federal government.Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations e.g., professional; philanthropic, religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies; knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.To qualify at the ZA-2 or GS-09 level:
SPECIALIZED
Experience:
One full year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to the ZA-2 or GS-07 in the Federal service. Specialized experience MUST include all of the following:
Assisting with maintaining records of financial information related to property; Supporting an agreement or contract by paying invoices and confirming deliverables are completed; and Assisting with studies and recommending improvements to existing records management policies and procedures. -OR-SUBSTITUTION OF EDUCATION:
Master's or equivalent graduate degree, 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B., if related. -OR-COMBINATION OF EDUCATION AND
Experience:
A qualifying combination of education and experience as described above. NOTE:
Only education in excess of one year is qualifying at this level.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
