As a Management Analyst, you will perform the following duties:
o Assist with developing guidance for administrative activities such as budget, human resources, procurement, property management, travel, and timekeeping.o Assist with advising management on strategic planning, programs and resources.o Review budgetary funding and targets, assists with analyzing automated financial requirements and reports, and provides support to acquisition management, payment invoices, and purchase activities.o Assist with identifying root case analysis of customer support issues, performance and/or concerns, and helps develop recommendations for problem resolution consistent with policies and regulations.o Assist with providing information to support responses to inquiries, and relay information to managers and staff. Experience:
Applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent in difficulty and responsibility to the next lower grade level in the Federal Service. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped the applicant with the particular competencies/knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. This experience need not have been in the federal government. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.To qualify at the ZA-2 or GS-09 level:

Experience:
In addition to meeting the Basic Requirements above, applicant must also possess one full year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to the ZA-2 or GS-07 in the Federal service. Specialized experience MUST include all of the following:
Supporting budget execution and resource allocations; and Aiding in the analysis of budgetary, financial and administrative operations. -OR-Substitution of Education:
A Master's or equivalent graduate degree, or two years of graduate education leading to such a degree in accounting, management, finance, or related disciplines appropriate to the position. -OR-Combination of education and
Experience:
A combination of education and experience as described above.Note:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
